Thank you for shopping with Gulfside Parts Co. We take pride in stocking high-quality upgrades and getting them to you fast from our Florida warehouse. If a part doesn’t work out, we are here to help you get it sorted quickly.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:
  • Unused, uninstalled, and never mounted to a bike.
  • Free of grease, scratches, bolt marks, or tool wear.
  • In its original packaging with all included hardware, brackets, and labels.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned to ensure safety and quality control:
  • Electrical Components: Items like batteries, upgraded controllers, and throttle assemblies cannot be returned once opened or connected, due to the risk of installation errors short-circuiting the parts.
  • Custom Wraps & Graphics: Any graphics kit that has been custom-printed or partially peeled/applied.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or clearance at the time of purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged from transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if we accidentally shipped you the wrong part, please contact us within 48 hours at [Your Support Email]. We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and rush out a replacement part at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a standard return for an item you no longer need:

  2. If approved, we will provide you with the return warehouse address.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: For standard returns (changed mind, ordered wrong size, etc.), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Processing and Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. We will send you an email to notify you if the return has been approved or rejected based on its condition.
  • Approved Returns: A refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take your bank or credit card company 5–10 business days to officially post the refund to your account.
