Gulfside Parts Co. – Shipping Policy
At Gulfside Parts Co., we know you want to get your parts quickly so you can get back to riding. That is why we don’t play games with your orders. Everything on our store is 100% stocked and shipped directly by us from our warehouse in Naples, Florida. No drop-shipping, no overseas delays, and no endless waiting.
1. Order Processing Times
  • Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: All orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped out the exact same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or over the weekend, will be packaged and handed to the shipping carrier on the next business day.
  • We do not ship packages on major official holidays and Saturdays.
2. Shipping Rates & Carrier Options
We ship nationwide across the United States using trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Calculated Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the parts and your specific delivery address.
  • Delivery Estimates: Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days, depending on how far you are located from Florida. Express overnight or 2-day delivery options are available at checkout if you need a part urgently.
3. Order Tracking
The moment your label is printed and your package is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email or text message containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 12–24 hours for the shipping carrier to scan the barcode and update the online tracking progress.
4. Shipping Insurance & Delivery Address
  • Correct Information: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot change or redirect the delivery route once the package has been collected by the carrier.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is lost in transit or arrives physically damaged from the courier, please contact us immediately at 
    usvendor31@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can open an investigation and get it resolved for you.
